We recently had the opportunity to spend time at Forage, one of Cambridge’s most quietly powerful dining experiences—an unassuming farm-to-table restaurant that’s rewriting what it means to eat seasonally and locally. Tucked just off Harvard Square, Forage isn’t chasing trends—it’s setting the bar.

Their commitment to sustainability goes far beyond sourcing. With an ever-rotating menu built on direct relationships with local farmers, foragers, and fishers, every dish that hits the table carries the story of where it came from. Over 50 house-pickled vegetables, thoughtfully composed non-alcoholic pairings, and a cellar full of low-intervention wines reflect the same care and intentionality.
